How much time does it take for us to process your order?

We take between 1-3 business days to process your order. This is from receiving your order to sending it via our chosen postal service provider.

Where is my order?

You should receive an emails stating when your order has been dispatched. If you have chosen a tracked method of delivery – you can also track to see the location of your order.

  • In the UK this should be within 10 days
  • Outside the UK this could take up to 21 days

If however you do not receive it within these time frames – please contact us via the contact us page and provide all details to ensure we can resolve the issue immediately.

The item I want is out of stock!

We should not be out of stock of an item for a long time. The only exception to this will be if we have discontinued an item and will not be restocking it.

However if you are after a specific product and want more information – please use the contact us page and provide the item details and your question and we will contact you with an answer.

I am having some issues with my gift card!

If you have an issue with your gift card – contact us via the contact us page and explain your issue with your full details and a member of the team will sort this out for you. 

I want to cancel my order/I want to amend my order

Please note it may not always be possible to cancel or amend your order due to processing and delivery turnaround times.

We will do our best to cancel an order if it is still within our control, however if a order has been processed and sent for delivery then you will be liable to pay for any return costs.

If you would like to cancel or amend your order then please contact us via the contact us page and provide us with your details along with exactly what you would like to do with your order and a member of the team will let you know if this is possible. 

Please note – refunds on cancelled orders will only be processed when we have received an item back on our premises.

I have been sent the wrong item! 

If this ever happens – we do apologise. Please contact us via the contact us page with your full details and what you ordered and also include an image of what you have received (if you cannot provide an image – please provide a description) and we will resolve this immediately.

If this happens – we will reimburse you for any return postage costs!

I have chosen the wrong size!

Please note it may not always be possible to amend your order due to processing and delivery turnaround times.

When you realise you have chosen the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible and if you order has not been processed and sent for delivery then we will correct it.

In this instance use the contact us page and provide your full details and what you ordered along with your wanted size and we will get back to you with what we can do.

If an order has been processed and sent for delivery, you will have to return this and pay for any delivery costs involved.

I want to return my item for a refund/exchange!

We will refund or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase. Please use the contact us page and include your full details and exactly what you would like to do.

We will only process a refund or exchange on receiving the sent item back.

Please note that Arize will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage and take out parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
