1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders from Arize Lifestyle. By ordering goods from Arize Lifestyle you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, please use the contact us option on the website and enter terms and conditions in the subject bar with your name and question.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service on this page at any time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the website. It is your responsibility to check the website for any updates. Your continued use of, or access to the website following any updates to these Terms and Conditions constitutes an acceptance of those updates and changes.

3. ORDERING ON WEBSITE

- Select products on the website
- Select the size/s you want and add to basket
- Select the checkout option
- At this stage you will be requested to provide your shipping and billing details
- Review your order and ensure that the items and information provided are correct.
- Place order

You will then receive an email confirming your order along with the address you provided at the shipping and billing stage.

In the unlikely instance we are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the email address provided when you placed your order explaining the issue that may have arose.

Please ensure the basket and address details you have provided in the order are correct prior to completion, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.

3.1 ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order and this doesn’t end until 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods.

If you do choose to cancel your order, we will email you to confirm that your order has been cancelled.

Furthermore Arize Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate or cancel your order fulfillment of all orders on the Website. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

- The product is not available or not in stock
- Incorrect or unverifiable billing address provided
- Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
- We could not deliver to the address provided during the order by yourself
- If there has been any errors in regards to misspelling, pricing or other mistakes on the website information provided
- Force majeure

3.2 PRE ORDERS

Any pre orders will be shipped 2-3 weeks from the day the product is ordered.

3.3 DATA VERIFICATIONS AND CHECKS

We may run checks on your details prior to the shipping of your order. These checks may include the verification of your postal address and payment details connected with your order. If any orders are found to be fraudulent or connected with any suspicious activity – this will lead to an investigation and any subsequent findings and information may be provided to the authorities.

4. REFUNDS

No obligation refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please use the contact us form provided. You will be required to return the item as directed at Returns and Exchanges and will be responsible for any return delivery costs unless Arize Lifestyle advises otherwise. Please note outside the 14 days we operate a discretionary policy but are under no obligation to provide a refund outside the time parameter stated.

4.1 SALE ITEM REFUNDS

We are not obliged to refund sale items due to some of these being discontinued.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or damaged. We will be able to offer an exchange on the same item when we have received the returned item and it is in complete original condition and packaging. You will be required to return the item as directed at Returns and Exchanges and will be responsible for any delivery costs when returning or exchanging goods unless Arize Lifestyle sees otherwise as in the case of damaged goods. We do have discretion on the 14-day policy but you will have to contact us regarding any issues you have and you will be advised accordingly.

Arize Lifestyle will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage and take out parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office or the postal service provider in your country.

Please use the contact us form provided on the website and enter returns providing your full name, full address and email address and your return details. We will advise accordingly.

Return with a note stating:

- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- The product(s) you wish to exchange the return for
- Your name & address and email address.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted if covered in any type of hair or scent.

5.1 SALE ITEM EXCHANGES

Sale items cannot be exchanged due to some of these being discontinued.

5.2 DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Damaged or faulty items may be returned but please note that this is only active within 14 days of purchase. We do have discretion on this 14-day policy and can allow more time but are under no obligation to do so. Please note standard ‘wear and tear’ falls outside this policy.

If you do have any issues with damaged or faulty products, please use the contact us page and title your subject as damage/faulty item with your full name, full address and email address along with the issue you have.

When returning a damaged or faulty item in the time stipulated we will cover the postage costs involved. Outside of the time stipulated the return delivery costs will rest with the buyer unless advised otherwise.

We do have discretionary power to resolve any issues but please note that we are under no obligation to replace damaged or faulty goods outside the stated parameters.

If you have a damaged or faulty item, please contact the Arize Lifestyle team via the contact us page on the website so we can resolve your issue immediately.

6. ADMIN AND RESTOCKING CHARGES

We do not apply admin or restocking charges in any circumstances.

7. PRICES

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value added Tax (VAT).

7.1 PRICE CHANGES

Arize Lifestyle reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time without forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.

7.2 CURRENCY

Conversion rates may apply. Please ensure you check these rates prior to ordering, as Arize Lifestyle does not have control over the rates at any given time.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders made on the Arize Lifestyle website are dispatched from the UK.

We aim to process all orders on the same day, however this may not always be possible due to volumes.

You should receive your item within 3-7 working days of it being dispatched when located in the UK.

When delivering outside the UK this could take up to 21 days, however we aim to deliver quicker than this.

If you do not receive it within the time periods stated for your location; please contact us via the contact us page and provide your full name, full address, email address and order number and state your issue. We aim to resolve any issues immediately.

We currently do not ship to Antarctica, Bouvet Islands, Heard Islands and McDonald Islands, Kosovo and Netherlands Antilles.

8.1 PARCEL PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow between 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed. You will be notified via email on any updates.

8.2 SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered as well as the delivery option (e.g. First class, second class) you choose.

8.2 TRACKING NUMBERS

If applicable, will be provided in the email sent on the completion of your order.

8.3 SHIPPING DELAYS

Arize Lifestyle cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

Customs holding items, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

9. CUSTOMS AND COUNTRY TAXES

The customer will be responsible for any country custom fees related to their order.

Any taxes charged by the customs department in your country are determined by them.

Any customs charges or other costs incurred cannot be sought from Arize Lifestyle and rest with the buyer.

10. PROMOTIONS AND WEBSITE OFFERS

Arize Lifestyle reserves the right to update, change or withdraw any promotion or website offer at any time without forewarning.

Various percentage reductions ranging from 10 – 90%
Buy one product and get another selected free
Buy one get one half price
These website offers may change from time to time and will only be available for limited times and are subject to stock availability.

11. GIFT CARDS

On the creation and issue of a gift card, the card and any value in it become the customers’ property.

Arize Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate or cancel a gift card without any further dialogue.

Gift cards will be valid for twelve months from the date on which they are issued and do not have to be used in one transaction.

12. DISCOUNT CODES

Arize Lifestyle reserves the right to update, change or withdraw any discount code at any time without forewarning.

Arize Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of without any further dialogue.

Only one discount code can be used per order and usage of any discount codes is subject to the availability of any stock.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Arize Lifestyle owns all intellectual property rights in this website and any material published on it and in turn is protected by Copyright laws internationally.

Any material or information provided on the website is solely for personal non-commercial use.

If Arize Lifestyle believes there has been an infringement of any of its intellectual property rights, it will conduct an investigation and seek to enforce its rights and claim any damages possible.
